It calms me down. I still can drive and work and be active etc. Controls my mood swings and edgy behavior that comes with menopause. I am a suscriptor and get the tube of pills one a month. I don’t need it everyday but at least 5 days out do the 8 of a week so once a month subscription is perfect.
